Cancellations Policy

Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of placement. If you are having trouble canceling your order On-line, just call us at 212-348-1537 or e-mail us at

If you are canceling an order online, you must be signed in to do this. Click on "My Account" and then click "Review All Orders.” If you are within the 2-hour window, you will see a cancel link next to the order. Click on the cancel link and follow the instructions on the next screen. You will not be charged any fee to cancel an order that has not been processed by our warehouse.

Refund & Return Policy

Mayoli will provide a full credit on your credit card for any damaged or unusable shipment. We do not accept returns of damaged food or supermarket products. All claims must be made to our customer service department within five days of delivery. Please send an e-mail to and provide the following information: reason for refund request, your first and last name, shipping/billing address, product bar-code number, as well as the 8 number figure that is printed on the jar above the “Mayoli” logo.
